Compliance Status

This website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard. Following a comprehensive accessibility audit and remediation phase, the website achieved a 9.6/10 automated compliance score, passed all manual WCAG 2.2 criteria checks, and successfully resolved all critical accessibility and contrast errors.

Non-Accessible Content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

Third-Party Plugins (Fancybox): The website utilizes a lightbox plugin for viewing full-size images. This script occasionally injects positive tabindex values into the page code. While we have implemented custom scripts to mitigate this, some automated evaluation tools may still flag this behavior. It does not prevent keyboard users from accessing the content.

What We Are Doing to Maintain Accessibility

Achieving compliance is an ongoing commitment. To ensure the website remains accessible as new content is added, we adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Images and Media: All new images must include meaningful alternative (alt) text. We have also implemented automated fallbacks to ensure images always have a description.
  • Documents: We are committed to ensuring new PDFs and documents are published with accessible tags, logical reading orders, and proper heading structures.
  • Continuous Testing: We conduct regular accessibility audits using evaluation tools and manual testing every six months, or whenever significant changes are made to the site’s design or functionality.
