Item: Mulfra Quoit, Penwith Chamber Tomb, New Mill, Cornwall.
Description: One of the smallest chamber tombs in Penwith, now a ruin, but must have been like Chun Quoit originally. One of the four support stones collapsed; it is now 9.5ft square atop a chamber 6.5ft x 5.5ft x 5.5ft high, it once stood in the centre of a circular barrow. Dr Borlase found a small pit containing black earth in the chamber. Source: Belerion - Craig Weatherhill, 1981.
