Description: At grid reference NG453318, stands Madron Churchyard Cross, by the wall adjacent to the church towards the green and vicarage. An example of a churchyard cross, erected in a 'lan' or sacred enclosure of the burial ground and would pre-date the building of the church. An example of a wheal-headed or round cross, it is possible it may have been moved as Madron was on a pilgrimage route to Landithy.
