Description: Leading to the North Pier, this piece of land known as The Strand, is owned by the Harbour Commisssioners who have offices therein From left to right, Katherine Gilbert's Newsagent's Store, a wooden hut with its metal advertising boards, a provisions store with guesthouse above and a shop to its right; the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen's building with public seating outside and a clock tower atop; the public toilets with signs in French and in English with double yellow lines outside.
