Item: Ploughing on a Summer's evening in Penzance
Description: This is a picture of fields being ploughed above the Lidden, under Carne Woods. Newlyn Town and South Pier are just above the tree line across the middle ground. Although it is high summer, smoke haze from cooking fires obscures the houses. Lugggars or pilchard drivers are sailing around Carn Gwavas.
