Item: Ladies and nets making the most of the sun
Description: Six ladies look at the camera which is taking in the scene - one house, maybe two, with fish cellars beneath. A withy pot, large stones with hooks for pilchard pressing and tubs for washing the fish lie in the street; drift nets hang on the wall; an arch leads into a pilchard cellar in an untidy courtyard with washing hanging on the wall.
