Description: Launching the Penlee lifeboat, the "W and S", from Penlee boathouse. The mast has been erected and the RNLI flag is flying. The raised rudder will be lowered once the boat has cleared the slip. The two lifeboat recovery buoys lie a little way off the end of the slip, as does the pleasure launch, White Heather. St Michael's Mount is visible in the distance.
