Item: THV Satellite
Description: The Satellite was built by J Thornycroft in 1923-1924, Yard Number 1033. She was in service with Trinity House until 1961, servicing buoys and lighthouses around the SW Peninsula. She was based in the Penzance Depot; her sister ship was THV Beacon. Trinity House vessels had a big outfit of boats.
