Item: Three Hobblers pictured outside the Changehouse on the Mount
Description: Left to right stand Albert Matthews, Sidney Burt and 'Uncle' Robert Matthews. Sidney Burt is wearing the former part of a boatmen's ceremonial uniform of a generation before. The changing room had public telephones, daily papers from Marazion. Changing House was so called because people changed from working clothes to suitable clothing for evening fishing or leisure on the mainland. This photograph was taken at the time of the BBC television half hour live broadcast in the summer of 1957.
