Description: Watched by various onlookers, Jock Quinlan, Radio Operator of the Scillonian is shaking hands with a man wearing a chain made of golf-balls and an over-sized bottle-opener. This could be the Mal de Mare Club which visited Scilly regularly for a variety of sporting engagements.
