Description: Mounts Bay Hotel was built about 1900. The upper floors were combined with the adjacent Queen's Hotel about 1970. The basement was flooded in the Ash Wednesday storms of 1962 necessitating the demolition of the adjoining cottage in Morrab Road. In 2012 the ground floor is an Italian restuarant.
