Description: This is a view of where Cornwall Terrace meets with the sea front, with Folly House on the left. Two people are walking in the distance. John Folly owned a property on this site in 1437. According to the 1841 census there was a yard and stable to its left and it was owned by James Horwood. Subsequently it was owned by Richard Chirgwin, farmer whose lessee was the Reverend William Pearce.
