Item: The Cornish Bank, Ltd., Penzance
Description: A photograph of the Cornish Bank Ltd. of Truro at Queen's Square, Penzance. Carved in stone lettering on the front of the building is 'The Cornish Bank'. Situated where there is now a Co-operative. William George Dix was their manager in 7th March 1883 and Alfred W. Parks was the manager in 1885. It was taken over in 1902 by Capital & Counties Bank which became part of Lloyds.
Condition: Good - slight discolouration to the bottom and left edges. A medium amount of foxing across the photograph.
