Item: The drawing room at Penlee House
Description: A second photograph of the drawing room within the interior of Penlee House, but a different wall photographed. Elizabeth Trewhella states how the organ had been moved upstairs to the small room at the end of the north corridor. Also included in the room is the door leading to the hall (opposite the bottom of the stairs), a chandelier, an armchair, a foot rest, and an occasional table. The two types of wallpaper are of a highly decorative nature.
Condition: Good - slight discolouration to the bottom edge and a very small amount of foxing across the photograph.
