Item: Granite cottages at Lamorna Cove
Description: Two granite cottages at Lamorna Cove surrounded by the rocky landscape. These cottages lay derelict for many years after the quarry above was closed. In the 1960s they were restored and sold by St Buryan builders Sincock and Davidson. In the winter of 2012 to 2013 there was severe erosion on the seaward side when a large area of the cliff collapsed into the sea.
Condition: Good - slight discolouration to the left and bottom edges of the photograph.
