Item: Trembath Bridge, near Trengwainton
Description: Trembath Bridge, near Trengwainton. The land either side of the stream was Trereife land originally. It was inherited by Val Le Grice along with Trembath Farm with 32 acres of land. The farm had been worked by the Warren family for many years. Val Le Grice sold it to a family member for conversion into two luxury flats. The original bridge was a plank of wood, gradually widened and a handrail added. The upkeep of the bridge in 2013 is the responsibility of Cornwall Council and has been closed off for safety reason. The land is not being farmed and is very overgrown.
