Item: Elizabeth Branwell
Description: Elizabeth Branwell, sitting within the grounds of Penlee. She was the wife of JR Branwell, who lived at Penlee House, a basket of flowers and ferns sits on her lap. The same wicker chair is used in PEZPH :1993.43.5, PEZPH :1993.43.8-9 and PEZPH :1993.43.14-15, PEZPH : 1993.43.20, PEZPH : 1993.43.30-31, PEZPH : 1993.43.38, PEZPH : 1993.43.55 and PEZPH : 1993.43.67.3.
Condition: Good - discolouration to the right and bottom edge of the photograph. A slight amount of foxing to the bottom left-hand corner.
