Item: The Marriage of Marion Branwell to John Mudge

Description: A third photograph of the marriage party to celebrate the matrimony of Marion Mudge, nee Branwell, and John Mudge. Marion was the third daughter of JR and Elizabeth Branwell, who lived at Penlee House. They stand within the grounds of Penlee House. Seated left to right - possibly a grandmother from either side, JR Branwell, Mrs Mudge, Mr Mudge and Elizabeth Branwell. Standing left to right - Possibly Herbert Thomas, three unknown people, Laura Branwell, John and Marion Mudge, Alfred Branwell, Clergyman, John Branwell, unknown couple, Edith Branwell and an unknown man. Elizabeth Trewhella dates this photograph to approximately 1895.

Condition: Good - slight discolouration to the bottom edge of the photograph. Discolouration spots to the top half.
