Item: West Cornwall Steam Ship Company Limited - Penzance and the Isles of Scilly
Description: The Deerhound was purchased by the West Cornwall Steamship Company from the north Pier Steamship company of Blackpool to replace the Lady of the Isles which was damaged at Lamorna in 1904. She acted as a reserve to the Lyonnesse and ran excursions from Penzance to Falmouth before being sold to Canada as a mail tender.
