Identification
Item: Newlyn Coombe, Newlyn, Cornwall.
Description: A view of Newlyn Coombe from outside of the vicarage looking towards Stable Hobba, from the muddy unsurfaced road. On the right, a young girl poses for the camera and on the left is a spring for taking water. Probably taken in winter as the trees are bare and vehicle tracks show in the mud. A Frith postcard of 1908 is taken from a similar position.
