Item: Morrab Gardens on a snowy day
Description: Taken after 1880 and possibly during the Great Blizzard of 8/9 March 1891, we can see a path in the snow leads to the front door of the Morrab House, the home of Campbell Ross MP. In 2014 it is carefully tended by the local council gardeners and volunteers and with its rare and beautiful exotic plants all year around, is used and appreciated by local people and visitors of all ages on every day of the year.
