Built in 1865, as the home of the Branwell family. Penlee House is home to many paintings by members of the Newlyn School. It is also home to the Penzance Natural History and Antiquarian Society collection.

Harold Harvey was unusual amongst the Newlyn School artists as he painted mining scenes as well as fishing and farming. Use oil pastels to create your own mining landscape. FREE family activities take place every Saturday; drop in anytime between 2.30pm and 3.30pm
