Item: Truro, Cornwall.
Description: A view over Truro from the field on the south side of Truro College through a smoke haze that hangs over the city centre. The buildings that can be identified are from left to right: Lemon Quay; Back Quay; Cathedral; Truro Viaduct and the Western arch of the Boscawen Bridge. The Truro viaduct is the original Brunel designed timber 'fan' viaduct, which was replaced in 1904.
