Description: A photograph of the terracotta frieze in Truro Cathedral, known as 'The Way of the Cross', or 'Going to Calvary' or 'Our Lord on his way to the Crucifixion' by George Tinworth, which was exhibited in 1850 and presented to Truro Cathedral in 1902 by F. Walters Bond in gratitude for his sons' safe return from the Boer War. George Timworth (1843-1913) was an English ceramic artist who worked for the Doulton factory from 1867 until he died.
