Description: A view of Porthleven Harbour from the slipway, dating from 1884 when the Bickford Smith Institute was under construction. In the centre of the photograph, PZ 15 'Wonder' is landing her nets, but the other fishing boats appear to be laid up, and a pilot cutter which is probably newly constructed.
