Item: St Aubyns House, Gulval
Description: A side view of St Aubyns House taken from the cart track in front of the house, with Seaview Cottages on the right. An unidentified boy appears to be about to enter the gate. St Aubyns House was the last rebuild of the farms in Gulval Church Town in the late 1890s and the last farming tenants were the Corin Family. The three houses were sold by the Bolitho Estate some years later. The cart track along the front extends from the road in front of the church to fields as far as the Old Vicarage garden and then joins the footpath to Ponsandane Bridge on the A30.
