Description: Falmouth Boating Club puts on a demonstration at the opening of the Rotary Boating Pool, Penzance. The Mayor, Agatha Chirgwin, opened this facility on 5 August 1955 and thanked the Rotary Club who had given the pool as a mark of their own Jubilee. Special mention was made of the hard work of Mr Sam Peake and Mr Angus Greenwood.
