Description: The Friggens Jersey Car awaits departure outside Wardour House and the Beachfield Hotel, Penzance, going to Land's End in August 1907. The lady sitting at the back of the brake is Alice Mary Cook born 1876 (here aged 31). She lived all her married life in Newport and is seated with her husband and two children.
