Description: Two men are seated outdoors beside a table on which is a pot of paint. One says to the other,"What are you doing man?" He replies, "Why I am painting my trousers another colour. I had them from Simpson and Co (10 decades/years ago? - the writing is very faint.) Printed underneath the picture is Simpson and Co., Tailors, Penzance
