Built in 1865, as the home of the Branwell family. Penlee House is home to many paintings by members of the Newlyn School. It is also home to the Penzance Natural History and Antiquarian Society collection.

Description: Granite contains quartz in the shape of a cross. There does not appear to be a hole in which the quartz has been placed, therefore, it seems to be naturally like that. It was discovered at the Tolcarne Inn by the then owner Grace Thomas.
