Brief Description: Three hens are scratching in the cornfield. The stacks are corn stooks, commonly found in Cornwall. Helene Schjerfbeck first travelled to St Ives in July 1887 and stayed until the Spring of 1888. She then returned from Summer 1889 until Spring 1890.
